My company's technical staff has a very rich experience and superb technical level. Design is the key to mold manufacturing, therefore, our engineers pay special attention to mold design. They strive to design molds that are both durable and economical for their customers.
Mold design process: customers provide 2D or 3D product drawings (DXF,DWG,PRT,SAT,IGES,STEP and other formats); Or customers provide us with product samples, and then we draw product drawings accordingly. After the customer confirmed the product drawing, our engineers began to design the assembly drawing of the mold.
We have all kinds of advanced imported equipment, including CNC machining, EDM molding equipment, etc. The new CAD/CAM system is used in the design and manufacture of moulds. Our hardware and software equipment include:
